Not quite where we left off

Good morning! So I was looking all the way back to my very first post, the one that started it all. I had just moved to California and I wrote that I felt very alone, had ran out of money, and din't know anyone, let alone have anything in common with anyone there. It's been almost four years since I wrote that post, and at the time of writing this one I can say with all my heart that I am anything but alone, I am still broke (ha!), and I have made some of the most cherished friends that will be with me for the rest of my life. Here's to friends!
