Forward motion

I have news. Brace yourselves. Some of you know of my endeavors over the past many years to actually attend a institution of higher learning that the general populous has come to know as college. I have said it over and over again, then backed down. Not this time. I am going to college. My deadline and goal for myself is to be enrolled somewhere by the fall term. I am pursuing a degree in either hotel management or computer graphic design (which encompasses web design as well).
I have made some posts in the past talking about growing up, getting older, and wanting to become more responsible. I have had so much on my mind recently that I think anytime now I may start bleeding from my ears and eyes. It is time to go big or go home. I don't care how much it puts me in debt or how long it takes; I will emerge with degree in hand, held victoriously above my head. It is no longer a matter of if or when, it is a matter of will. Yes, I will. The journey may not be an easy one, but that is a risk I am willing to take. So I am diving head first into this, and I am not stopping or looking back. I will push tirelessly against this unforgiving current. I will go to college.
